The NHRRA is a group of people who have come together to support the restoration of a life sustaining river in the community of New Harbour, Guysborough County, NS. The association is made up of volunteer board members who work with the community, partners and sponsors to plan, develop and initiate efforts that will bring the river back to a healthy environment for the ecology and community. The people involved have a vested interest in the health of the river as residents, fisher people and recreational cottage owners who come to New Harbour to enjoy the river and its beauty.
